Description: In the development journey of Halo 3, I held the pivotal role of Lead Animator for Keyframe Cinematics, spearheading a team of 25 remote animators. Tasked with orchestrating the visual narrative through meticulously crafted animations, I ensured that every frame captured the essence of the Halo universe's epic tale.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Guiding a dispersed team of animators, I orchestrated our collective efforts to breathe life into the game's cinematics. My role extended beyond mere supervision, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity among the team members.

  2. Shot Assignment and Management: With an eye for detail, I allocated shots to animators, ensuring each team member was working on sequences that best suited their skill set. By strategically distributing tasks, I optimized workflow efficiency while maintaining a high standard of animation quality.

  3. Feedback Facilitation: Acting as the liaison between the animation team and the Animation Director, I facilitated the feedback loop to ensure that the director's vision was effectively communicated and executed. Providing constructive feedback to animators, I guided them towards refining their work to align with the project's creative direction.

  4. Approval Process Management: Central to my role was overseeing the entire approval process for animation sequences. From initial drafts to final revisions, I meticulously managed the workflow, ensuring that all animations met the stringent quality standards set forth by the project stakeholders.
