Description: As the Senior Producer at Budge Studios, I held a pivotal role in overseeing the development and release of numerous licensed games, from concept to shipping. With a focus on creative excellence, project management, and client relations, I led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging mobile gaming experiences that delighted players and exceeded client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Led the end-to-end development process for licensed games, from initial concept pitches to final release. Developed and managed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality games.
Creative Direction: Provided creative direction and guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure that licensed games captured the essence of the IP while offering innovative gameplay experiences. Collaborated with designers, artists, and developers to bring licensed characters and worlds to life in exciting and unexpected ways.
Client Relations: Acted as the primary point of contact for licensors and external partners, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and communication. Worked closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements, and ensured that their expectations were met or exceeded throughout the development process.
