Description: As the Animation Project Manager for Shaun White Snowboarding, I assumed a central role in overseeing the animation production for the entire game, as well as leading the character creation process. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing characters to life, I guided the animation team through the development cycle, ensuring that every snowboarding experience was visually stunning and immersive.
Responsibilities:
Animation Production Management: Led the animation production process from conception to completion, overseeing the creation of dynamic and fluid animations for characters, environments, and gameplay mechanics. Collaborated closely with animators, artists, and designers to ensure that animations met the technical and aesthetic standards of the game.
Character Creation and Development: Directed the character creation process, working closely with character artists, modelers, and riggers to bring unique and expressive characters to life. Ensured that character designs were visually appealing, anatomically accurate, and optimized for animation performance.
Motion Capture Coordination: Orchestrated motion capture sessions to capture realistic snowboarding movements and animations. Worked with motion capture technicians and performers to execute dynamic stunts, tricks, and maneuvers, ensuring that animations accurately reflected the thrill and excitement of snowboarding.
